2. Eligibility & Access
To purchase Products on our Website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Product Description
All Products sold through the Allude Studio website are limited edition, numbered design objects produced in small quantities.
4. Limited Edition & Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. The North Star Planner is a limited edition object and is not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except in the case of damage incurred during delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alludestudio.com with your order number and photographs clearly documenting the damage. We will assess each case individually and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability.
Claims made after 48 hours of confirmed delivery cannot be accepted. Items must not have been used.
5. Pricing & Taxes Prices are displayed in Euro (€).
For customers within Bulgaria, free delivery is included in the price.
For customers within the European Union (outside Bulgaria), a flat delivery rate of €20 applies.
For customers outside the European Union, please contact us at info@alludestudio.com for delivery options and costs.
For customers within the European Union, displayed prices include applicable VAT.
6. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Shipping destinations, costs, and transit times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.
Allude Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. Payment & Transaction Security
We accept the following payment methods via our payment provider:

Payment is processed upon order placement. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you have the right to use the chosen method.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All designs, images, text, and trademarks are the property of Allude Studio and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
Commercial resale of Products without authorisation is prohibited.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website or placing an order, you consent to such processing.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria. The courts of Sofia, Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
12. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
