This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Allude Studio website and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Delivery Destinations & Rates
Bulgaria: Free
European Union (outside Bulgaria): €20 flat rate
International (outside the EU): Contact us
For international orders outside the European Union, please contact us at info@alludestudio.com before placing your order to discuss delivery options and costs.
2. Dispatch & Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
3. Packaging
Every order is carefully packed and shipped in its original magnetic closure box, designed to protect the product during transit and arrive in perfect condition.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with any available tracking information.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Allude Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched.
6. Incorrect Address
Allude Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
