REFUND POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your order. As all our products are limited edition design objects produced in small quantities, please review the conditions below before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, the planner and box must be in their original, unused condition — unwritten in, with all original packaging intact including all inserts.

2. Return Procedure 

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@alludestudio.com. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Returns sent without prior communication may be refused.

3. Return Shipping 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alludestudio.com with your order number and photographs clearly documenting the issue. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion, depending on stock availability.

5. Refund Method 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. The following charges are non-refundable: delivery fees, duties and taxes, and payment processing fees where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items 

The following are non-returnable: used items, items with missing packaging or inserts, sale or discounted items, and gift cards.

7. Cancellations 

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment has been processed.
